What devices can I use to send messages?

Access the platform from any device with a web browser: desktop computers (Mac/PC), laptops, tablets (iPad/Android), or smartphones (iOS/Android). For best experience on desktop, we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions). The interface is fully responsive and optimized for all screen sizes.

Why are some of my messages not delivering?

Common reasons:
  1. Invalid phone number format
  2. Landline number (use carrier lookup to filter)
  3. Number is disconnected
  4. Carrier filtering due to spam patterns
  5. Insufficient balance
Check message status in your campaign dashboard for specific error codes. Contact support if you see pattern failures, we can investigate with carriers.

Can I integrate the platform with other tools?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive REST API and real-time webhooks for: message delivery status, inbound message notifications, contact management, campaign creation, and reporting data. Integration documentation is available in the API Reference. Common integrations include CRMs, voter databases, and custom workflow tools. Contact support for integration assistance.

How do I import my contact lists?

Import contacts via CSV upload. Required fields: phone number (10-digit format). Optional fields: firstName, lastName, city, state, zip, and unlimited custom fields. Our system validates phone numbers, detects duplicates, and optionally runs carrier lookup to filter landlines. Maximum file size: 1M rows per upload. Contacts are stored at the organization level and can be used across multiple projects.

What if I encounter an error or bug?

If you encounter errors:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page and try again
  3. Check for browser console errors (F12)
  4. Verify your account permissions
  5. Check the system status page for known issues
If problems persist, contact support with: error message, steps to reproduce, browser/device info, and account details. We typically respond within 1 business day.
