What is this platform and how does it work?

This is a peer-to-peer (P2P) texting platform designed for political campaigns, nonprofits, and organizations. It enables you to send individual text messages to large groups while maintaining authentic two-way conversations. Unlike automated bulk messaging, each message is sent with human oversight, allowing for personalized engagement and real-time data collection.

How quickly can I get started with my first campaign?

Most organizations can launch their first campaign within 2 to 3 business days. Brand registration is instant, Campaign Verify typically completes in ~2 hours on business days, and campaign approval takes 2 business days (faster if expedited). Once approved, you can create and launch campaigns immediately.

What is 10DLC registration and why do I need it?

10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration is required by mobile carriers to send high-volume text messages. Each candidate or campaign needs its own brand registered with The Campaign Registry. Consulting firms managing multiple candidates will register a separate brand for each client. Political organizations must also obtain a Campaign Verify token ($95 per candidate) to prove their identity and prevent impersonation. The process per brand:

  4. Add Phone Number
  5. Start Sending

What information do I need to register my organization?

You’ll need:
  1. Your legal organization name
  2. EIN/Tax ID number
  3. Physical business address
  4. FEC or state election filing records
  5. Campaign Verify token
  6. Active website with privacy policy and terms
  7. Sample message scripts
Political committees registered with the FEC or state election authorities are eligible for expedited verification.

Can I test the platform before committing?

Yes. Once your account is set up, you can test your campaigns internally before sending to your full contact list. Create a test project, add your team members’ phone numbers, and send test messages to verify everything works correctly. Testing is included with your account at no additional cost.
