# Step 1: Account Setup & Organization Profile

## Overview

Start by setting up your organization profile with accurate information. This forms the foundation for 10DLC registration and ensures smooth compliance.

## Tasks to complete

    Enter your legal organization name, physical address, EIN/Tax ID, and organization type (campaign, PAC, party committee, nonprofit).

    Invite team members with appropriate roles: **Admin** (full control), **Manager** (create campaigns), **Agent** (send messages), or **Viewer** (read-only access).

    Set your timezone, notification preferences, and branding options (logo, colors) if available for your tier.
